Sergio Ruano, designer of the Spoke-n For Bracelet, is native to Guatemala and grew up the Los Angles area. Recognizing his creativity as a teen, Sergio has painted, sculpted, and worked in an elite Boston salon as a stylist before relocating to St. Thomas, United States Virgin Island. Sergio’s entertaining manner placed him in resort activities management for many years. He earned his 100 ton Master’s Captain’s License from the US Coast Guard and has traveled the world as a charter captain. It was on the beautiful beaches of St. Thomas that Sergio created, perfected, and has now patented the stainless steel bicycle spoke and bead ‘Spoke-n For’ bracelet. After 12 years in St. Thomas, he has recently relocated to the Carolinas.

Sergio personally crafts each bracelet from a stainless steel bicycle spoke designing each for its individuality.
